In this class, Marcus will demonstrate and show you easy simple effective ways and techniques to connect to spirit, such as:

• How to set up a space
• How to clear yourself and your space
• How to work with your higher self, in ways that will help you manage and balance your emotional life. 

This will be a fun generalization of some of the techniques that Marcus has mastered over the years, through various courses and real life experience.  If you wish to go deeper Marcus will be holding workshops throughout the year to focus deeper on any specific techniques you would like to master in your life.
