There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief is as individual as we all are. Whatever way you choose to grieve, you should allow the process to be what it is for you. Some people go through a series of modalities to reach their level of comfort with grief. There is of course the professional route where you seek therapy, and there are other modalities such as Meditation, which allows you to understand your level of processing, and helps you reach a place of acceptance. Once you uncover that place, the healing really begins. With the proper support and understanding of self, you can reach that place within.
Mela offers On-on-One and Group Grief Meditation which helps the grieving process to unfold. It helps to connect to a place within you that can begin to bring peace back into your existence. We can not change the fact that we have had a loss, but we can change the way we respond to that loss. The meditations can minimize pain within you, and allow you a better understanding as well as the release of your feelings. Meditation sessions are in-person and virtual. Sessions can be individual, group, or family-related.
