The chakras are the energy points in your body. Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit and these energy wheels are spinning and meant to be balanced and aligned. At times, these centers can become imbalanced or blocked due to different situations such as emotional upheavals or physical pain.  There are many ways to balance the chakras and create a better energetic flow.  Join me for a one on one meditation session to help balance and align your chakras.
